About Us

Kurt Schoch

Kurt Schoch is a professional coach and educator with over 30 years’ experience in corporate training and development, organizational development, professional and business coaching, and performance improvement. He has worked and consulted in health care, higher education, manufacturing, utilities, and nonprofit industries.

He is a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC) and is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Kurt is an Authorized Partner and Certified Trainer for Everything DiSC® and an Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™.

He has served on the national board of examiners of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program since 1998, as an examiner, back up team leader, alumni examiner, and master examiner. He is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Partnership for Excellence, where he is an examiner trainer, team leader, and award application judge.

Kurt holds a BA degree in Sociology from Southern Methodist University, an MDiv from Christian Theological Seminary, and an EdD in Adult Education from Indiana University.

Sandy Dean

Sandy Dean is a seasoned organizational development professional with over 35 years of experience in the utility and healthcare industries. She has extensive experience in multiple aspects of organizational development include strategic workforce planning, leadership and employee development, instructional design, corporate training, and performance management.

With a passion to help others prosper, Sandy has led numerous strategic initiatives aimed at building leadership effectiveness and advancing corporate culture. She is certified to conduct several leadership development programs including The Leadership Challenge, The SLI II Experience, and selected DDI and Franklin Covey programs. Additionally, Sandy has experience facilitating strategic planning exercises, Everything DiSC workshops, and customized team building activities. Given her knowledge of multiple leadership assessments and tools, she has provided individual coaching to new and seasoned leaders. She has also led the implementation of companywide learning and performance management systems requiring the application of accomplished project management skills.

Sandy holds a BS degree from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management and is currently partnering with Performance Improvement Consulting to grow and develop leaders in central Indiana.
