Together Sandy Dean and Kurt Schoch leverage over a half century of organizational development and training experience in a variety of industries, including health care, utilities, manufacturing, nonprofits, small businesses, faith-based organizations, and others.

We offer personality and style assessments, such as Everything DiSC, as well as teamwork and productivity frameworks like The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and The 6 Types of Working Genius.   Kurt is certified in each of these progams.

Sandy is certified in the SL II Experience, which provides understanding of the three skills of a situation leader: goal setting, diagnosing, and matching. She is also certified and expert in The Leadership Challenge.

Coaching

Coaching is a partnership in which the coach and the client work together to clarify the client’s vision and goals, help the client overcome challenges, and transform their thinking and perspective. 

The coach asks thought-provoking questions so the client will grow, stretch, and think in new ways.

Kurt is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through iPEC and an Energy Leadership Index Assessment Master Practitioner.  He holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
