I work from a place of service, to help organizations and professionals achieve their potential.  With a focus on the client, there is virtually unlimited potential, as we work together to empower you to find your own answers.  The iPEC Successful Change Model involves six steps:

  • Assess Current Situation
  • Explore and Create Options
  • Choose Option
  • Create a Plan
  • Perform
  • Results
  • Cycle back to Assessment
